1. Eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms.
2. The service
Clementine VPN provides VPN client apps for Windows and Android and access to our VPN servers over several protocols. Features, protocols, servers and limits may change over time.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials confidential and your account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — for example, to obtain extra free trials or to evade limits or restrictions — is not allowed, and we may suspend or close accounts used this way.
4. Plans, devices, trial and payment
- Each new account may receive a free trial as described in the app at sign-up.
- Paid plans cover a chosen number of devices for a chosen period; the per-device price decreases as you add devices.
- Renewal is manual — we never charge you automatically. Access ends when the paid period ends unless you renew.
- Payments are made through third-party payment and banking partners selected by Clementine from time to time. Available methods may include cards, SBP and crypto. Prices are shown in the app.
5. Refunds
As a general rule, payments are final and non-refundable once service access has been provided. If a payment was made in error, access was not activated, or a refund is required by applicable law, contact support@clementinevpn.com and we will review the request.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- send spam, distribute malware, or hack, scan or attack systems or gain unauthorized access;
- distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- resell or share access beyond your plan, or place an abusive load on our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
7. Your responsibility for local law
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country, the rules of the networks you use, and the terms of the services you access through the VPN. You decide how you use the service and bear the consequences.
8. Availability — no guarantee
We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular speed. Outages, maintenance, provider failures and network restrictions may occur.
9. Service provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Disputes
If you have an issue, contact us first at support@clementinevpn.com — we try to resolve disputes directly and in good faith. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence continue to apply.
